Brad Fortinberry, PT, DPT is a lifelong resident of Pike County. He graduated University Medical Center in 1997 with a BS in physical therapy and again in 2004 with a Doctorate in physical therapy. He has 20 years of experience in helping the community with a multitude of diagnosis. He also has been a career long volunteer at varsity athletic events assisting injured athletes back on the field quickly. Brad specializes in orthopedic and neurological injuries.
Keith Hammon, PTA, is a 2010 graduate of Meridian Community College’s physical therapy assistant program. Keith was raised in Walthall county and currently resides in McComb with his wife, Adrian and boys, Mason and Hunter. Keith has served in the outpatient and long-term care setting during his career.
Michael Dunaway, a long time resident of Pike county, has been practicing physical therapy in the Southwest MS region for 22 years. He remained in this region to develop his career and serve his hometown after completion of his physical therapy degree from University Medical Center in 1997. He has worked in acute care, long term care, home health, and outpatient settings, providing him with a well rounded and varied scope of practice. Fortinberry Physical Therapy is excited to have him as an addition to our professional staff as he is highly regarded by his peers and loved by his patients. He is currently the primary physical therapist in our Liberty office where he can handle all of your outpatient physical therapy needs from head to toe.
Brooke Smith, PTA is a lifelong resident of Pike County. She graduated from PRCC's PTA program in 2020 and returned home to Summit to begin her career as a therapist. Brooke has been trained in treating women's health issues as well as BPPV (vertigo).
Emily Troxler is a 2009 graduate of University of MS Medical Center with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a 2006 graduate of University of Southern MS with a B.S. degree in Biology. She has served Southwest MS in multiple treatment settings including acute, long term care, and outpatient therapy. Emily is the primary physical therapist for our Tylertown office. She looks forward to serving fellow Walthall countians with the knowledge and experience gained over 12 years of physical therapy practice.
Joshua Hutson, DPT is a 2022 graduate of The University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Josh was raised in Amite County and now lives in southern Pike County. Josh attended Southwest MS Community College and then Mississippi State University where he graduated in 2018 with a BS in Biological Sciences. Josh is currently certified in LSVT BIG which aims to dampen the limitations caused by Parkinson’s Disease.
Kelly Martin DPT, ATC, is a lifelong resident of southwest MS. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008 with a B.S. in Athletic Training and from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2013 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He specializes in orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine and athletic injury assessment/rehabilitation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons as well as hunting and fishing.
Kylie Edmonston, PTA, is a 2023 graduate of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. She was raised in Baton Rouge, LA and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at LSU in 2021, Geaux Tigers! She currently resides in Pike County with her husband Austin. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic cases and plans to further her knowledge in orthopedics to better serve the Pike County community.

We are open 8-5 Monday through Friday and closed 12-1 for lunch. We are closed on major holidays.
Yes. Parking is directly in front of the building with a ramp from the street. There is also a wide ramp to enter the building.
